摘要
纤维光锥因其锥形结构特性,可以进行图像的点对点放大或缩小传输,其单元丝材料的匹配性、光学特性及制备工艺的优劣直接决定传输图像的质量。本文选取小端面尺寸相同,但放大率不同的两只光锥进行了放大率的特征数据采集。并通过以上数据所得出结果,更深入的采用微观测量单元丝径的变化,从而进行分析,阐明纤维光锥传像畸变产生机理,为生产高性能纤维光锥提供理论依据。
Because of the conical structure of the fiber cone,the point to point of the image can be amplified or reduced.The quality of the transmission image is directly determined by the matching,optical characteristics and the preparation process of the filament material.This paper selects two optical cones with the same size but different magnification to collect the characteristic data of magnification.Through the above data,the results are obtained,and the change of the filament diameter of the micro measuring unit is more in-depth.The analysis is carried out to explain the mechanism of the distortion of the fiber cone image transmission, which provides a theoretical basis for the production of high performance fiber cone.
