火警及消防设施的定位是消防安全管理工作的一项重要内容,是智慧消防系统的重要组成部分。地理信息系统(GIS)作为一种有效的地理信息技术,以其强大的空间数据库管理功能、空间分析和可视化所著称,使得火警及消防设施的快速定位成为可能。文中基于ArcGIS Engine组件技术设计并开发了火警及消防设施快速定位系统,提高了火灾事故点的定位精度,实现了火灾及消防设施的快速定位,真正做到了方便、快捷、安全、可靠,使人民群众的生命和财产安全及警员的生命安全得到了最大限度的保护。

The location of fire and fire facilities was an important part of fire safety management.It was also an important part of intelligent fire control system.As an effective geographic information technology,Geographic Information System (GIS)was famous for the powerful spatial database management function,spatial analysis and visualization,which made the rapid positioning of fire alarm and fire protection facilities possible.Based on ArcGIS Engine component technology,in this paper,a rapid positioning system for fire alarm and fire protection facilities was designed and developed improving the positioning accuracy of the fire accident point,and realizing the rapid positioning of the fire and fire protection facilities.It was truly convenient,fast,safe and reliable,so that the lives and property of the people and the life safety of police officers were protected to the utmost extent.
