摘要 为提高实验室微生物检测能力,增强实验室竞争能力,参加了2017年由中检院组织的NIFDC-PT-123(化妆品中金黄色葡萄球菌)和NIFDC-PT-098(乳粉中沙门氏菌)2项检验能力验证。按照各项指导书以及相关标准对金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌进行了分离,并对分离出的疑似菌进行了生化鉴定。结果发现,样品TF1230019-18未检出金黄色葡萄球菌,样品TF1230019-70检出金黄色葡萄球菌;样品TF098156-336未检出沙门氏菌,样品TF098156-76检出沙门氏菌。2项4个样品均取得满意的结果。 To improve the microbial detection ability and enhance the competitive ability,the laboratory participated in two projects of proficiency testing,including NIFDC-PT-123of Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics and NIFDC-PT-098 of Salmonella in milk powder,which was organized by National Institutes for Food and Drug Control in 2017.According to the instructions and related standards,the staphylococcus aureus and salmonella were isolated,and the suspected bacteria were identified.The results showed that Staphylococcus aureus was not detected in TF1230019-18,but was detected in TF1230019-70,Salmonella was not detected in TF098156-336,but was detected in TF098156-76.The testing procedure of 2items in 4samples achieved satisfactory results.
