新型防腐方案在膏霜体系中的性能研究

Performance Evaluation of New Combination of Preservative Boosters in Skin Cream Formulation

通过对1,2-己二醇和山梨坦辛酸酯复配,考察这两种新型的防腐助剂在复配之后的防腐效果,为膏霜配方的防腐提供参考方向。防腐测试结果表明:山梨坦辛酸酯与1,2-己二醇这两种新型的防腐添加剂,在单独使用或者是低用量复配使用的时候,在测试配方中无法有效防腐,但通过合理的复配以及用量提升可以满足膏霜配方对防腐的要求。

The combination of 1,2-hexanediol and sorbitan carprylate had been evaluated to check their preservative performance in skin cream formulation. The combination of two ingredients offer new option of preservation in skin cream formulation. They can not only meet preservation needs but also regulation needs from government. The challenge tests showed that sorbitan carprylate can work with 1,2-hexanediol to boost its performance in formulation. Neither sorbitan carpylate nor 1,2-hexanediol can provide good preservation if being used singly. After optimizing the ratio of sorbitan carpylate and 1,2-hexanediol, the combination passed the challenge tests in tested skin cream formulation.
