摘要 灌河特大桥是连盐铁路跨度最大的特大桥,为全线重难点控制性工程。为保证铁路和航道内运输安全,根据《新建连盐铁路灌河特大桥通航净空和技术要求论证研究报告》,需要为灌河特大桥水中桥墩设置防撞设施。本防撞设施为阻尼消能钢结构复合材料结构,防撞设施自身强度高、抗撞能力强,且美观大方、与环境协调,具有良好的社会经济效益与环境效益。通过对钢浮体防撞设施加工制造和运输安装进行技术分析和研究,总结一定施工经验,为后续新建桥梁和既有线桥梁配加防撞设施提供借鉴。 The Guanhe Bridge is of the largest bridge spanning of the Lianyungang-Yancheng Railway,and it is a control project for the entire line.In order to ensure the safety of transportation within the railway and the navigation channel, according to the Study Report on the Navigation Clearance and Technical Requirements of the Newly-constructed Lianyungang-Yancheng Railway Guanhe Bridge,it is necessary to set up anti-collision facilities for the water bridge pier of the Guanhe Super-large Bridge.The anti-collision facility is of damped energy-dissipating steel structure composite materials.The anti- collision facilities have high strength,strong anti-collision capability,beautiful appearance,coordination with the environment, and good social and economic benefits as well as environmental benefits.Through the research on the processing,manufacturing and transportation installation technology of steel floating body anti-collision facilities,it sums up certain construction experience and provides some reference for the subsequent construction of new bridges and existing bridges with anti-collisian facilities.
