摘要
以硅酸乙酯TEOS和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(n=3)AEO-3为原料,经酯交换反应,合成了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硅酸酯。探讨了合成工艺条件对原料AEO-3转化率的影响,利用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,硅酸乙酯与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的摩尔比为1∶4,以二甲基二氯硅烷为催化剂,用量为AEO-3的0.23%,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为5 h,AEO-3的转化率为72.53%。
Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether silicate was synthesized from ethyl silicate(TEOS) and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-3) by transesterification.The effect of synthesis conditions on the conversion of raw material AEO-3 was discussed. The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The experimental results showed that, when the molar ratio of ethyl silicate to fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether was 1:4, dimethyldichlorosilane was used as catalyst, its amount was 0.23% of AEO-3, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, and the reaction time was 5 h, the conversion of AEO-3 was 72.53%.
