摘要
海绵城市提出的自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化是对传统城市建设模式、排水方式的反思,也为新时代水环境治理提供了新理念。以解决水环境问题突出的东莞松山湖(生态园)海绵城市专项规划为例,在保证年径流总量控制率75%的前提下,从截污纳管、初雨调蓄、LID建设、湿地河道布局等方面,探讨了海绵城市建设与水环境整治共同建设的途径,以期为其他面临水污染问题地区的海绵城市专项规划编制工作提供借鉴。
The natural accumulation,natural infiltration and natural purification proposed by the sponge city are reflections on the traditional urban construction mode and drainage method.Taking the sponge city planning ofDongguan Songshan lake (Eco-park)as an example,under the premise of guaranteeing 75% annual runofftotal control rate,from the perspective of interception of pollutants, initial precipitation regulation,LID construction and layout of wetland rivers,the ways to build sponge city construction and water environment remediation together were explored.The research results can provide some reference for other sponge city planning in other areas facing water pollution problems.
