Automatic Solutions to Elimination of Black and Yellow Dots and Electrostatic Problem in PVC Production

北方冬季气候寒冷干燥,冬季生产中常遇到PVC产品过于干燥,带有静电,后续包装等工序无法高效生产的问题。尝试通过多种手段,在不降产量、保证质量的前提下,通过增加温湿度计、一体化孔板流量计、调节阀以及小型PLC系统构成串级调节回路,自动化控制加入蒸汽的方式解决此难题。

It is cold and dry in winter in northern China.In winter production,PVC products are often too dry,and have static electricity, which make follow-up packaging and other processes not to be efficiently carried out.In this paper,how to solve this problem was discussed,and an solution by adding thermo-hygrometer,integrated orifice flowmeter,control valve and small PLC system to form cascade control loop was put forward.
