摘要
气相色谱是常见的化学物质定性及定量分析方法,在分析复杂混合物构成时,首先要对特征物质进行定性,在此基础上再进行定量分析。然而定性分析涉及操作条件、载气速度、柱箱阀箱温度以及环境温度等多方面因素,需采用多种综合定性手段进行确认。本文提出利用已知物(标准物质)特性直接对照定性、利用文献值对照进行定性分析、利用保留值规律进行定性分析等三种常见定性方法以供选择。
Gas chromatography is a common chemical qualitative and quantitative analysis method. In the analysis of complex mixture composition, the qualitative analysis of characteristic material must be first carried out, on the basis of the qualitative analysis, the quantitative analysis can be completed. However, carrier gas velocity, the manifold oven temperature and other various factors in the qualitative analysis need be determined by using a variety of comprehensive methods. In this paper, three common qualitative analysis methods were put forward, such as direct comparison qualitative analysis with the standard material, literature value contrast qualitative analysis and qualitative analysis by using retention value law.
