基于PEC技术的带保温层容器局部腐蚀缺陷长度定量方法研究

摘要 对带保温层容器实现不拆保温的在线检测具有十分重要的工业价值;近些年发展起来的脉冲涡流检测技术(Pulse Eddy Current Testing)可实现不拆卸,无须停机的在线检验检测。本文通过使用自主搭建的脉冲涡流检测试验平台,采用实验手段,对带有不同缺陷长度的试件进行检测试验,根据采集到的感应电压幅值与带保温层容器局部腐蚀缺陷长度之间对应关系,利用多项式函数曲线拟合方法,最终实现了对缺陷长度的定量检测。 It is of great industrial value for the on-line inspection of insulated vessel without removing the insulation layer.Pulse eddy current testing technology developed in recent years,it can be achieved without disassembly and on-line inspection testing without shutdown.In this paper,a self-built pulsed eddy current testing platform is used.By experimental means,testing of specimens with different defect length.According to the relationship between the amplitude of the induced voltage and the local corrosion defect length of the container with insulation layer.It finally realize that quantitative testing of defect length by using the polynomial function curve fitting method.
