摘要
仪器校准与核查正在执行的多个标准(规程)中关于仪器水平线性的测试方法,主要延用了模拟超声波探伤仪的测试方法,并不适用于当前大量使用的"数字式"超声波探伤仪。基于BH-50型回波探头获得的固定反射回波,以及数字式超声波探伤仪所具有的"峰值搜索"或"波峰记忆"功能,本文旨在探讨形成一种适用于数字式超声波探伤仪水平线性测试的简易方法。实验表明:本文方法,操作简便,测试精度高,且可省略一定数量的测试仪表。此外,该方法中利用BH-50型回波探头获得的固定反射回波,也可以用来测量仪器的垂直线性、动态范围等指标。
In the executing multiple standards for instrument calibration and verification,the horizontal linear testing just simply continue to use the testing method used for analog ultrasonic flow detector. The method is not suitable for commonly used digital ultrasonic flow detectors.Based on the fixed reflection echo of BH-50 echo probe and the "peak search"or "wave peak memory"function of digital ultrasonic flaw detector,this paper aims to explore a simple method for measuring horizontal linearity of digital ultrasonic flaw detector.The experiment shows that this method is simple,easy to operate,high test precision,and can omit a certain number of test instruments.In addition,the fixed reflection echo obtained by BH-50 echo probe can be used to measure other indicators,such as vertical linearity and dynamic range.
