高精度定角脉冲产生方法研究

Research on the Method of High Precision Angle Pulse Generation

使用定角测时法进行转台速率精度检测时,定角脉冲信号是关键信号,其精度直接影响检测结果。转台现有定角脉冲发生装置未考虑位置误差的影响,为此提出一种提高定角脉冲精度的方法,利用位置误差补偿数据对定角脉冲产生的位置进行补偿,经验证方法可行且有效。此方法无论对转台速率精度测试还是对与定角脉冲相关的其他测试都具有重要意义。

The angle pulse is the most important signal when using the method of "fixed angle measuring time"for rate accuracy testing.The existing angle pulse generator of the turntable does not take into account the factor of angle accuracy.In view of this,the paper describes a new method of improving the angle pulse precision with the compensation datas.Empirical evidence,the method is feasible and effective.
