摘要 研究木材热处理后样品的微观表面形貌和粗糙度及方差变化,在图像与数据相互佐证的情况下,总结木材样品在热处理时间不同的情况下的变化规律,起到为以后的科研生产提供数据参考的作用。将4种木材的试样分为4组,其中一组不进行任何处理;其他3组试样放入热处理箱中,整个过程中采取水蒸汽保护,恒温180℃。随后将分组的试样放入恒温恒湿的环境中进行调制。接着在扫描电镜下对试样进行观察和拍摄,并使用表面粗糙度测定仪对其进行粗糙度测量。同时对切片进行喷金处理形貌观测。马尾松4种样品的粗糙度在1 h时变得比未处理样品大,随后才随热处理时间增加而减小。北美短叶松4种样品的粗糙度在1 h时变小,随后又因为热处理时间变长,粗糙度增加。杉木4种样品的粗糙度随热处理时间增加而逐渐减小。毛白杨4种样品的粗糙度在1 h时变得比未处理样品大,随后才随热处理时间增加而减小。4种样品的实验结果与微观图观测到的一致。 The change of microscopic surface topography and roughness and sample variance of heat treatment of wood,in the image and data support,summarize the regularity in the different time of heat treatment conditions,to research and production for the later data support and reference effect.A sample of four kinds of wood were divided into 4 groups,one group as contrast sample,without any treatment;the other three groups of specimens are placed in a heat treatment chamber,take water vapor to protect the entire process, processing temperature is 180℃ constant.After the completion of heat treatment,the grouping of specimen label,modulation into the constant temperature and humidity environment.After the sample was observed and photographed with scanning electron microscope,and the use of surface roughness measuring instrument for roughness measurement on the.At the same time in the specimen did not destroy the surface slice,spraying processing morphology observation.Pinus massoniana samples of 4 kinds of roughness at 1 h better than the untreated sample,then with the heat treatment time increased.Jack pine samples of 4 kinds of roughness at 1 h becomes smaller,then because the heat treatment time longer,roughness increases.Among the 1 h and 2 h sample roughness less than the untreated sample. Chinese fir samples of 4 kinds of roughness with increasing heat treatment time increased,the overall roughness change.Poplar 4 kinds of the roughness of the sample at 1 h better than the untreated sample,then with the heat treatment time increased.The experimental results of four samples with the same microscopic observed.The four tree species in the process of heat treatment,increasing the sample with the heat treatment time,the roughness of the change is linear.If untreated sample addition comparison,found that pine,jack pine,poplar in 1 h when the roughness than the untreated sample,pine,poplar,Sugiki in 4 h after heat treatment,the roughness than untreated low. The change of Chinese fir minimum roughness,jack pine roughness change different with other sample rules,with the heat treatment time increased,the roughness increased.
