VRF多联机性能测试实验台的设计与建立

摘要 依据美国标准ANSI/AHRI 1230-2010《可变制冷剂流量(VRF)多联式空调和热泵设备性能评价》,与某设备制造商共同设计建造了一套48HP多联机的综合实验台,主要采用"风洞式空气焓差法"、"液体载冷剂法"的测试方法,同时满足空气源、水源热泵多联机的测试要求。通过实验证明,除满足VRF多联机环境温湿度测量与控制、温度场、漏风率等技术要求外,通过有效的节能控制手段,比常规控制手段平均节能约20%以上。 According to the American Standard ANSI/AHRI 1230-2010 Variable Refrigerant Flow Rate (VRF) Multi-connected Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Equipment Performance Evaluation a set of 48HP multi-line integrated test benches was designed and constructed with a certain equipment manufacturer.The test methods of wind tunnel air enthalpy difference method and liquid refrigerant method are mainly adopted,and the test requirements for multi-connection of air source and water source heat pump are met at the same time.In addition to satisfying the technical requirements of environment temperature and humidity measurement and control,temperature field,air leakage rate and other technical requirements of VRF multi-line through experiments,and the average energysaving is over 20% more than conventional control means,because of the effective energy-saving control method.
