常温自交联型水性聚氨酯的制备与性能研究

摘要 通过引入5-羟基-2-戊酮合成了一种在分子主链中含酮羰基的聚氨酯预聚体,分散乳化后加入己二酸二酰肼(ADH)混合制备出常温自交联的水性聚氨酯乳液,在常温(25℃)条件下稳定储存6个月不分层沉底。经实验证明,5-羟基-2戊酮与己二酸二酰肼物质的量的比为1∶0.6时漆膜性能最佳,硬度达到2 H,磨耗仅0.07 g/100 r,耐乙醇擦拭可以达到32次不透底。 A polyurethane prepolymer containing ketone group was synthesized by using 5- hydroxy-2-pentanone. Then the prepolymer was mixed with diacylhydrazine adipate (ADH) to prepare a waterborne polyurethane which could be self -crosslinked at room temperature. The waterborne polyurethane could be stored steadily for more than 6 months. The tests results showed that the film had the best properties when the molar ratio of 5-hydroxy-2-pentanone to ADH was 1: 0.6, meanwhile, the hardness reached 2 H, the abrasion was only 0.07g/100r and the resistance to ethanol wiping reached 32 times.
