Opportunities and Practice of Traditional Automation Enterprises in Intelligent Manufacturing

从解析智能制造的本质出发,通过分析制造企业智能化的重大需求及赋能智能制造的核心技术体系,试图阐明智能制造操作技术和信息技术融合及工业数字化生产和互联网服务的逻辑框架,结合智能制造面临的关键挑战,探讨传统自动化企业在智能制造中的机遇。同时,以国内自动化企业和利时为例,分享其在解决这些关键问题过程中的探索和实践。

This article discusses the essence of smart manufacturing,and tries to clarify the integration of operation technology (OT)and information technology (IT),as well as the key logic of the industrial digital production and Intemet services by analyzing the major demands of the enterprises which are on the way of intellectualization and the core technology system of enabling intelligent manufacturing.Combining with the key challenges faced by intelligent manufacturing,this paper puts forward some key problems and core solutions.In the end,this paper shares the practice of Hollysys,a domestic top automation enterprise,to give an example of some exploration in solving these key problems.
