Research on Intermational Standards Proposal "Learning Cell"

分析了我国提出的国际标准提案项目ISO/IEC 21236《泛在学习资源组织和描述框架——学习元概念模型》的编制背景、技术内容以及对国内外泛在学习的影响。该提案从泛在学习环境核心特征出发,在分析MLR、SCORM等学习资源元数据标准基础上,总结了泛在学习资源的情境性、社会性和进化性特征,并通过语义化的形式对资源的这些特征进行组织和描述,进一步对支持该框架的运行环境、资源交换机制进行了详细阐述,以期对未来的学习资源建设提供指导。

This paper introduces the background,technical content and impacts on ubiquitous learning of the domestic standard proposal 'Ubiquitous Learning Resource Organization and Description Framework--Learning Cell Framework'. This proposal analyzed the factors which affect the ubiquitous learning and established the framework for organizing the resources supporting ubiquitous learning.It has the following features:contextual features,social features and evolution features.This proposal describes the above mentioned features using semantic technology.Moreover,it also introduces the runtime environment and mechanism for data transfer between different platforms."With this proposal we'd like to guide the construction of the future learning resource.
