摘要
高校信息化建设项目在实施过程中常常出现很多风险因素的干扰,导致信息化项目风险很大。为此,基于4E标准,通过分析高校信息化工程的特点,对高校信息化工程的多级模糊评价模型进行了构建,通过统计分析,得出影响高校信息化工程的风险等级和风险因素权重,以便高校能对整体风险状况进行更好的了解,对风险对象进行控制。通过运用模糊评判模型对M高校的信息化工程指标体系进行了评价,对其综合风险度进行了确定。结果表明,在M高校信息化工程的两个一级指标中,电子邮件风险对高校信息化工程风险具有较大影响,风险概率为54. 4%,属于较高风险等级;影响信息化保证风险的二级指标因素中,教学信息化风险概率为51. 7%,属于高风险等级,因而,要加强组织保障、管理规范、安全保障、信息化绩效考核的建设。
Many risk factors often interfere with the implementation of information construction projects in Colleges and universities,resulting in great risks of information projects.By studying the risk assessment of informatization construction projects in Colleges and universities,we can deepen our understanding of the risks of informatization construction and reduce or disperse the risks of the projects.Based on the 4E standard,the multilevel fuzzy evaluation model of the University Information Engineering is constructed.Through the statistical analysis,the risk factors and the weight of risk factors that affect the university information engineering are obtained so that the universities can better understand the overall risk situation,control the risk object.The fuzzy evaluation model is used to evaluate the Information Engineering Index System of M colleges and universities, and the comprehensive risk degree is determined.The results show that in the two first grade indexes of M University Information Engineering,the risk of e-mail has a great influence on the risk of Information Engineering in Colleges and universities,and the proportion is 54.4%.The risk of teaching information is 51.7%is a high risk grade.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of organization guarantee, management standard,safety guarantee and information performance evaluation.
