摘要
为了更好地解决反渗透高浓盐水的腐蚀问题,针对高浓盐水的水质特征,阐述了在高盐环境下的金属腐蚀机理,分析了溶解氧、溶解性总固体、pH、温度、介质流速五种环境因子对腐蚀行为的影响,探讨了电化学保护技术、表面处理技术和缓蚀剂保护技术三种腐蚀防护技术的研究现状和各自的优缺点,最后对高浓盐水腐蚀与防护的研究方向进行了展望。
In order to resolve the corrosion problem of high-salt concentrated water from reverse osmosis system,based on the characteristics of high-salt concentrated water,the corrosion mechanism was introduced.The influences of five factors (dissolved oxygen,total dissolved solids,pH,temperature,flow velocity)on corrosion behavior were analyzed.Three common corrosion prevention technologies (electrochemical protection technology,surface treatment technology and corrosion inhibitor)were discussed,as well as their advantages and disadvantages.In the end,some suggestions were put forward towards further research on this issue.
