Realistic Path of Notarial Information from Perspective of “Internet +”

"互联网+"代表一种全新的经济形态,它可以使生产要素配置更高效。公证行业作为提供法律服务供给侧的重要一环,采取"互联网+公证"的模式能够助力公证服务转型升级。本文通过分析"互联网+"对于公证信息化的意义,结合公证行业当前所面临的挑战,提出借助"互联网+"的大趋势,创新公证服务模式,构建公证信息数据库,转变公证服务理念,形成"互联网+公证"的新型公证服务业态。

"Internet +" represents a new economic form, which can make the allocation of production factors more efficient.As an important part of the supply side of providing legal services, the "Internet + notary" mode can facilitate the transformation and upgrading of notary services. By analyzing the significance of "Internet +" for notary information and combining the current challenges faced by notary industry, this paper puts forward the general trend of "Internet +" to innovate notary service mode,build notary information database, transform notary service concept and form a new notary service mode of "Internet + notary".
