摘要
怀特海认为教育应当是有机的,而有机教育形成的关键在于它以人的全面发展为旨归。有机教育模式首创教育的节奏说,在注重传授知识和技能的同时也关照人的德性的培养和情感的丰富。从历史沿革和当前现实来看,有机教育所倡导的理想人格应从学生与学校、家庭和社会生活的富有成效的互动关系中生发出来,进而实现真善美的有机统一。对怀特海有机教育思想的体察和研究将对我国素质教育的改革和推进提供有益的参考和借鉴。
Whitehead believes that education should be organic,and the'key to the formation of organic education lies in its comprehensive development as the core principle.The organic education mode is the first to create the rhythm of education.It pays attention to imparting knowledge and skills while caring for the cultivation of human virtues and emotional enrichment.From the historical evolution and current reality,the ideal personality advocated by organic education should be born out of the fruitful interaction between students and schools,families and social life,and thus realize the harmony and unity of truth,goodness,and beauty.The understanding and research of Whitehead's idea of organic education will provide useful reference for the reform and advancement of quality education in China.
