银杏叶提取物治疗突发性感音神经性聋临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响

Effect of ginkgo biloba extract on sudden sensorineural hearing loss and hemorheology

目的探讨银杏叶提取物在突发性感音神经性聋(sudden sensorineural hearing loss,SSNHL)治疗中的应用价值。方法将138例SSNHL患者按照数字随机表法分为2组,每组69例;对照组给予地塞米松磷酸钠注射液、前列地尔注射液治疗,研究组在对照组用药基础上给予银杏叶提取物治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后听阈和血液流变学指标,并比较两组治愈率和总有效率。结果治疗后研究组低频下降型、高频下降型和全频下降型患者听阈均低于对照组(t=3.194、3.847、3.516,P<0.01);全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞聚集指数均低于对照组(t=4.405、3.356、8.910、4.608、3.356,P<0.01),红细胞变形指数高于对照组(t=2.937,P<0.01),治愈率和总有效率高于对照组(χ~2=4.739、6.824,P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物可有效帮助患者恢复听力,改善血液流变学指标,提高SSNHL治愈率和总有效率,安全性好,有临床应用价值。

OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic effect of ginkgo biloba extract on sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL).METHODS 138 patients with SSNHL were randomly divided into two groups,with 69 cases in each group.The control group were treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate and alprostadil,and the study group were treated with ginkgo biloba extract on the basis of the control group.Hearing threshold and hemorheological indexes were compared before and after treatment and the cure rate and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. RESULTS After treatment,the auditory thresholds of patients with low-frequency descent,high-frequency descent and full-frequency descent were lower than those of the control group(t=3.194,3.847,3.516,P<0.01);The whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood middle shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index were lower than those of the control group(t=4.405,3.356,8.910, 4.608,3.356,P<0.01),but the erythrocyte deformability index was higher than that of the control group(t=2.937, P<0.01).The cure rate and total effective rate were higher than those of the control group(X^2=4.739,6.824,P<0.05). CONCLUSION Ginkgo biloba extract has significant effects on improving hearing and hemorheological indexes,increasing the cure rate and the total effective rate of SSNHL,and has a good safety and clinical application value.
