摘要
城市轨道交通以其安全、准时、快速的优点,在拓宽城市空间、打造城市快速立体交通网络和改善城市交通环境方面发挥越来越大的作用。然而地铁车站发生阴、渗、漏水的现象也比较普遍,渗漏水的问题不但严重影响了地下车站的正常使用,而且影响到结构的耐久性,甚至造成严重后果。在工程实践过程中,总结了地铁车站结构丙凝注浆补强堵漏施工技术,在苏州轨道交通2号线延伸线独墅湖南站、月亮湾站应用成功。其浆液灌注性好、易准确控制聚合时间、稳定性好、不易侵蚀、抗挤力高,抗渗性好,较好的解决了地铁车站结构渗漏水封堵效果不理想的技术难题。
Urban rail transit plays an increasingly important role in expanding urban space, building urban rapid three-dimensional transportation network and improving urban traffic environment with its advantages of safety, punctuality and high speed. However, the phenomenon of seepage and water leakage at subway stations is also common. The problem of water leakage not only seriously affects the normal use of underground stations, but also affects the durability of the structure and even causes serious consequences. In the course of engineering practice, the construction technology of acrylamide grouting, reinforcement and plugging of the station structure of the metro station was summarized. It was successfully applied in the Dushu Hunan Station and the Moon Bay Station of the extension line of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 2. The slurry has good perfusion property and is easy to accurately control the polymerization time; it is also stable, not easy to be eroded, has high anti-squeezing force and good impermeability. Thus, the technical problem of unsatisfactory sealing effect of leakage water in metro station structure has been solved.
