当前,我国已经进入全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,各类企业都在加快探索改革路径,提高企业管理水平,助力企业可持续发展。沐浴着党的十九大的春风,建筑行业迎来了良好发展机遇,但也对建筑企业政工工作提出了新的更高的要求。建筑企业想要在市场竞争中取得胜利,就需要不断提高企业管理水平,增强综合实力。政工工作作为国有建筑企业改革发展中的重要内容,能够凝聚员工思想、激发员工活力、培养并强化一支高素质员工队伍,对增强建筑企业综合实力具有关键作用。本文将对新时代建筑企业政工工作的作用和面临的问题进行分析,并提出提升建筑企业政工工作的实效性路径。

At present, China has entered the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. All kinds of enterprises are accelerating the exploration of the reform path, improving the management level of enterprises and helping enterprises to develop sustainably. The 19 th CPC National Congress has provided development opportunity for construction industry, and it has also put forward new and higher requirements for the construction industry’s political work. If a construction company wants to win in the market competition, it needs to continuously improve its management level and enhance its comprehensive strength. As an important part of the reform and development of state-owned construction enterprises, political work, which plays a key role in enhancing the comprehensive strength of construction enterprises, can unite and motivate employees, as well as train and strengthen a high-quality workforce. This paper will analyze the role of the political work in the construction enterprises and the problems it faces in new era, and propose the effective path to improve the political work in construction enterprises.
