生酮饮食在儿童孤独症谱系障碍中的应用

Effect of ketogenic diet on children's autistic pedigree disorder

目的探讨生酮饮食在儿童孤独症谱系障碍中的应用效果。方法选取襄阳市妇幼保健院2015年1月至2017年1月期间收治的100例孤独症谱系障碍患儿作为研究对象,按照随机的方法将其分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),其中对照组患儿仅给予特殊教育与训练,观察组则在特殊教育与训练基础上加以间歇性使用生酮饮食疗法10周。采用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)对两组患儿的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗前,两组患儿的CARS评分比较无显著性差异(t=0.21,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿CARS评分均明显低于对照组和治疗前(t值分别为5.57、6.74,均P<0.001)。两组患儿治疗前后的ABC评分及组间治疗后的评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为7.91、16.66、2.99,均P<0.01)。结论生酮饮食有助于改善孤独症谱系障碍患儿的临床症状,并在一定的程度上改善了患儿的异常行为,因此具有值得推广的优势。

Objective To investigate the effect of ketogenic diet on children's autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Methods One hundred children with ASD admitted to Xiangyang Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group (n=50)and control group (n=50).The control group was only treated with special education and training,while the observation group was given ketogenic dietary on the basis of conventional special education and training for 10 weeks.The children's Autism Rating Scale (CARS)and autism children behavior checklist (ABC)were used to compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results Before treatment, CARS scores of two groups were not statistically different (t=0.21,P >0.05).After treatment,the CARS score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group and that before treatment (t value was 5.57 and 6.74,respectively, both P<0.001).The difference was statistically significant in ABC score before and after treatment between two groups and in that after treatment between two groups (t value was 7.91,16.66 and 2.99,respectively,all P<0.01).Conclusion Ketogenic diet can help improving autistic symptoms in children with ASD and improve the abnormal behavior of children to a certain extent,so it is worthy of promotion.
