催化裂化轻循环油不同加氢改质流程探讨

摘要 长岭石化1.2Mt/a加氢和1.0Mt/a加氢柴油进1号催化装置回炼的影响因素包括工艺原理、原料性质、裂化性能和产品性质等,由于1.2Mt/a加氢精制装置和1.0Mt/a加氢转化装置本身反应过程对催化裂化轻循环油加氢改质存在差异,两套加氢装置精制后柴油的性质有所差异,在进入1号催化回炼时裂化性能和汽油转化率有所不同,1.0Mt/a加氢转化装置由于加氢深度较高,因此再次进催化回炼后更加有利。同时,对两套加氢装置精制后柴油进入催化装置回炼对装置的影响进行分析,对装置生产加工负荷、反-再系统操作条件、装置产品分布和产品性质等进行对比.提出适当降低加氢柴油精制深度、重汽油直接去罐区和提高加氢柴油回炼量和反应深度等操作优化建议,进一步降低炼厂柴汽比,增加高附加值产品收率,以提高企业的经济技术指标和效益。为减少甚至消灭低品位的普通柴油提供技术参考。 The factors influencing the recycling of diesel oils from the 1.2Mt/a hydrogenation unit and the 1.0Mt/a hydro-conversion unit to the No.1FCC unit at SINOPEC Changling Company include process principle,raw material property,cracking performance and product property.Due to the difference between the reaction pro- cesses of the 1.2Mt/a hydrogenation unit and the 1.0Mt/a hydro-conversion unit in the hydro-upgrading of FCC light cycle oil,the hydrogenated diesel oils from the two units differ in property,and their cracking performance and gasoline conversion rates are different when they are recycled in the No.1FCC unit.The recycling of diesel oil from the 1.0Mt/a hydro-conversion unit,which has higher hydrogenation depth,is more favorable.At the same time ,this paper analyzes the effect of recycling the diesel oils from the two hydrogenated units to the FCC unit on the unit,and compares the processing load of the unit,the operating conditions of regenerator-reactor system,and the product distribution and product properties of the unit,puts forward some suggestions for operation optimization,such as properly reducing the refining depth of hydrogenated diesel oil,directly sending heavy gasoline to tank farm and increasing the recycling amount and reaction depth of hydrogenated diesel oil,to further reduce the diesel to gasoline ratio and increase the yield of high value-added products,thus improving the economic and technical indicators and benefit of the enterprise and providing reference for reducing or even eliminating low-grade ordinary diesel.
