Research on the Quality Mechanism of Old-age Services in the New Era

随着我国人口结构老龄化趋势加剧,"老有所养"已成为社会关注热点问题。要改变当前养老"难""贵"现象,需要深化养老制度改革+,坚持养老保障与养老服务双轨并用,促进养老服务多元化发展。鼓励社会资本进入养老市场,根据社会群众不同养老服务需求提供相应养老项目,实现家庭、社区、企业等多元养老模式,实现"老有所养、老有所依"的生活。

As the aging population problem intensifies,"having access to old-age care"has become a hot issue of social concern in China.To address the phenomena of "inadequate"and "expensive"old-age services,it is necessary to deepen the reform of the old-age service system;place equal emphasis on the old-age safety-net and the old-age services;promote the diversified development of old-age services;encourage private capital to enter the old-age care market and provide various services to cater to the needs of the seniors;create a multi-party old-age care model involving the family,community,and enterprises,so that all of the people can enjoy their right to "old-age care".
