摘要
采用聚合物乳液加入一定比例的水和助剂作为聚合物水泥防水浆料的液料,普通硅酸盐水泥和填料为粉料,制备了一种聚合物水泥防水浆料,并且研究了乳液类型、乳液玻璃化转变温度、外加水量及厚度等因素对防水浆料粘结强度性能的影响。结果表明:乳液类型、玻璃化温度是影响防水浆料粘结性能的关键因素,采用高玻璃化转变温度在不外加水、1 mm厚度时,施工性能和粘结性能最优。
A kind of polymer cement waterproofing slurry is prepared by liquid material adding a certain proportion of water and additives to polymer emulsion and powder material with ordinary Portland cement and filler.The influences of emulsion type,emulsion glass transition temperature,additional water volume and thickness on bonding strength of waterproofing slurry are studied.The results show that emulsion type and glass transition temperature are key factors,and when using high glass transition temperature without water and 1mm thickness,the slurry has high construction performance and bonding performance.
