摘要
介绍了南京欢乐港采光天幕及球体幕墙的设计要点。该屋面外部造型采用异型空间体系,采用BIM技术对屋面三维模型进行建模成型分析,结合对现场已施工完成并处于静态稳定状态的钢结构受力变形计算分析结果,对BIM建模进行修正,再借助BIM技术对幕墙板块进行深化设计、下料和安装。重点介绍了该项目中心广场屋面的防排水设计。
This article introduces the design essentials of lighting curtain and sphere curtain wall of Nanjing Joy Port. The outer shape of the roof adopts the special-shaped space system. The BIM technology is used to model and analyze the threedimensional model of the roof. Combined with the calculation results of the steel structure subjected to the stress and deformation in the static state, the BIM modeling is corrected. The BIM technology is used to deepen the design, blanking and installation of the curtain wall panels. The roof waterproofing and drainage design of the central square of the project is highlighted.
