Application of New Technology for Leakage Treatment of Mountain Tunnel Arch Rings

隧道拱圈渗漏水是公路山岭隧道常见的质量通病。本文以正坑隧道为例,分别阐述无渗水裂缝、水压和渗水量大的边墙、一般渗水裂缝与施工缝、大面积明水与表面砂浆脱落、大面积细微裂缝渗水等状况下的治理工艺,为类似的山岭隧道维修提供借鉴。

The tunnel arch ring leakage is a common grouting failure of highway mountain tunnels.The article takes main tunnel as an example to describe how to deal with this kind of failures,such as no leak cracking,side walls with high pressure and big amount of leakage,common leaking cracking and construction joint,large area open water and surface mortar drop off and large area leakage and fine cracking.It can be used as reference for similar mountain tunnels.
