密切值法在福建省农村环境卫生质量综合评价中的应用

Application of osculating alue method in the comprehensive evaluation of rural environmental health quality in Fujian province

目的应用密切值法对福建省农村环境卫生质量进行综合评价,为政府有关部门制订农村环境卫生改善政策措施提供科学依据。方法于2016年7～8月在全省19个县开展农村环境卫生现场调查,通过访谈、查阅资料和现场观察等方法获得监测数据,并应用密切值法进行综合分析与评价。结果经过密切值法分析,全省19个县的农村环境卫生质量存在地区差异,从优到劣顺序依次为S、M、D、F、…H,其中,S县的农村环境卫生质量最高,密切值为0,H县最低,密切值为34.950 9。结论应用密切值法综合评价我省农村环境卫生状况,有助于各级政府部门准确掌握现阶段农村环境卫生工作中存在的缺点和不足,进而采取行之有效的措施进一步缩小地区间差异,全面提升农村环境卫生质量水平。

Objective To use osculating alue method for comprehensive evaluation of rural environmental health quality in Fujian province,and to provide scientific evidence for the governmental departments concerned to develop environmental health policies and improvement measures.Methods From July to August of 2016,status of rural environmental health was investigated in 19 counties of Fujian Province through interviewing,studying the literature and spot observing,then osculating alue method was used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Results After analyzing with osculating alue method,the rural environmental health quality in 19 counties had regional disparity,and the quality from priority to inferiority were:S,M,D,F,…H.The Ci value of S country was O,which was the highest quality of rural environmental health,and the Ci value of H country was 34.9509,which was the lowest.Conclusion Using osculating alue method for comprehensive evaluation of rural environmental health quality in our province which can help the governmental departments to master the weakness and shortage of rural environmental health work,then some effective measures should be taken to narrow the regional differences and improve the conditions of rural environmental health.
