氯乙烯作业人员健康状况分析

Analysis in Occupational Health of Vinyl Chloride Workers

目的研究氯乙烯对从业人员的健康损害。方法将研究对象分为接触组和对照组,通过收集现场检测与职业健康监护资料,利用χ~2检验进行统计学分析。结果工作场所检测结果有2个工段超过国家职业卫生标准,职业健康检查上接触组在肝损伤上与对照组有明显的差异(P<0.01)。结论作业人员在长期接触氯乙烯过程中,肝脏有一定的损伤,应引起重视。

Objective To study the health damage of ethylene chloride to employees.Methods Research object were divided into contact group and the control group.Data were analyzed using method of ehi-square test by collecting data of on-site testing and occupational health surveillance.Results There were 2 section of testing results of workplace more'than the national occupational health standards.There was obvious differences in liver injury of occupational health examination between the contact group and the control group.Conclusion Homework personnel in the process of long-term exposure to vinyl chloride,liver damage to a certain extent,should be taken into consideration seriously.
