摘要
文章分析了林业产业低碳技术创新的背景、面临问题和挑战;深入探讨了林业产业低碳技术创新的经济学机制;提出了林业产业低碳技术创新机制的框架模型。针对典型的制浆造纸企业低碳技术创新措施及成本进行了计算和分析;构建了林业产业相关气候环境政策的历史演进图。林业产业的低碳技术创新与可持续发展需要依据一定的社会技术模型,融合企业创新过程、商业战略、社会接受度等问题,探索出一条技术可行、成本最低的发展路径。
This paper analyzed the background,problems and challenges of low-carbon technology innovation in forestry industry;discussed the economic mechanisms of low-carbon innovation in forestry industry in depth;proposed a framework of low-carbon technology innovation mechanism in forestry industry.The calculation and analysis of low-carbon technological measures and costs of typical pulp and paper enterprises were carried out;the historical evolution map of forest industry related climate and environmental policies was constructed.The next step of low-carbon and sustainable development for forest industry is to find a path that is technically feasible and lowest in cost using a powerful social-technological model,integrating enterprise innovation process,business strategy and social acceptance.
