黑龙江省共享农业生态旅游发展及其策略探讨——乡村振兴战略实施背景下

Research on the Development and Strategy of Shared Agricultural Eco-tourism in Heilongjiang Province—— Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

文章通过对黑龙江省当前共享农业生态旅游的发展状况进行分析,利用文献法和趋势对比分析法更好地认识当前的发展现状,并提出可行性策略。结果表明:(1)黑龙江省农业生态旅游发展较快,但存在旅游开发不当问题;(2)生态旅游发展范围较广,而管理手段和经营模式单一;(3)经济利益进一步提高,但忽视了将经济、社会、生态利益的结合。要实现共享农业生态旅游的可持续性健康发展,必须采取加强政府的主导作用,提供制度化保障;注重生态旅游地的产品开发,完善服务体系;加强经济利益、社会利益、生态利益的有效结合等措施。

The development of agricultural eco-tourism is an inevitable choice for realizing the rural revitalization strategy. Taking the rural revitalization strategy as the background, the research on the development of shared agricultural eco-tourism is conducive to "prescribing the right remedy" and proposes feasible measures to achieve better development. Through the analysis of the current development status of shared agricultural eco-tourism in Heilongjiang Province, the literature method and trend comparison analysis method were used to better understand the current development status and propose a feasible strategy. The results showed that:(1)agricultural eco-tourism in Heilongjiang Province has developed rapidly, but there is a problem of improper tourism development.(2)eco-tourism has a wide range of development, but management methods and business models are single.(3)the economic interests have been further improved, but the combination of economic, social and ecological interests has been neglected.In order to achieve sustainable and healthy development of the shared agricultural eco-tourism, Heilongjiang Province must adopt the measures like:(1)strengthen the leading role of the government and provide institutionalized guarantees.(2)pay attention to product development in ecotourism and improve the service system.(3)strengthen the combination of economic interests, social interests and ecological interests.
