利用构造深度评价沥青面层的松散与磨光程度 被引量:1

摘要 目前评价沥青面层的松散与磨光程度主要依靠主观判断的方法,速度慢、安全性低。理论上构造深度指标与沥青面层的松散与磨光程度具有良好的相关性。本课题研究采用激光断面仪快速检测手段,通过室内成型不同沥青混合料试件得到构造深度变化区间,选取不同松散和磨光程度的试验路段,建立主观经验判断与构造深度大小的对应关系,从而构建沥青面层松散与磨光程度的分级评价标准,最后给出了工程应用示例,为快速、有效的评价沥青面层松散与磨光程度提供参考依据。 At present,the evaluation of revelling and polishing of asphalt surface is mainly based on subjective evaluation,which slowly and unsafe- ly.There is a good correlation between the texture depth and the degree of revelling and polishing of asphalt surface.The range of texture depth is obtained by molding different asphalt mixture specimens and quickly detected by laser profiler.Test pavement sections with different revelling and polishing degrees are selected to build the corresponding relationship between subjective judgment and texture depth.The grading evaluation standard for the revelling and polishing of the asphalt surface is set up.Finally,the engineering application is also given.It provides a reference for fast and effective evaluation of the revelling and polishing degree of the asphalt surface.
