摘要
OGFC路面因其空隙率较大,沥青易老化,导致集料间的黏结力下降,经常出现松散、剥落等情况。沥青种类是影响OGFC路面抗松散性能、水稳定性的主要因素。选取几种不同沥青,利用肯塔堡飞散试验,评价不同种类沥青混合料的抗松散能力和水稳定性,并对不同种类沥青进行成本计算。结果表明:6%掺量SBS改性沥青混合料、4%SBS+4%多聚磷酸酯的复合改性沥青混合料具有较好的抗松散能力和水稳定性。SBS掺量的提高可以明显提高改性沥青混合料的抗松散能力和水稳定性。综合考虑成本和路用性能,推荐在工程上选用高掺量SBS的改性沥青。
Large void ratio of OGFC pavement and easily aging asphalt, lead to the decrease of adhesion between aggregates and the occurrence of revelling and spalling in OGFC pavement. Asphalt type is the main factor affecting OGFC pavement’s looseness resistance and water stability. In this paper, several different kinds of asphalt are selected, and the anti-loose ability and water stability of different kinds of asphalt mixture are evaluated by using Cantabro Test, and the cost of different kinds of asphalt is calculated. Results the composite modified asphalt mixture with the additive amount of 6% SBS and 4% SBS plus 4% polyphosphate have good loosening resistance and water stability. SBS content can obviously improve the looseness resistance and water stability of modified asphalt mixture. Considering the cost and road performance,it is recommended to select the modified asphalt with high SBS content in engineering.
