冰雪灾害是上海市的主要自然灾害之一,每年都受到不同程度冰雪灾害的影响,公路冰雪灾害的防范和应急管理是浦东新区公路管理署冬季面临的主要工作。通过多年公路冰雪灾害应急管理经验的总结,全面阐述了浦东新区公路应对冰雪灾害的具体处置原则与对策措施,为完善浦东新区城市应急管理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Ice and snow disaster is one of the main natural disasters in Shanghai.Every year,Shanghai is affected by different degrees of ice and snow disasters.The prevention and emergency management of ice and snow disasters on highways are the main tasks faced by the Highway Administration of Pudong New Area in winter.Through summing up the experience of the emergency management of ice and snow disasters on high-way for many years,this paper comprehensively expounds the specific disposal principles and countermeasures of dealing with ice and snow disasters on highway in Pudong New Area,which has certain reference significance for improving the urban emergency management in Pudong New Area.
