航空电子产品金属外表面涂层体系耐蚀性评价研究

摘要 航空电子产品金属外表面防护通常采用防腐蚀涂层进行防护,对其耐蚀性评价至关重要。通过使用刻画耐蚀性的多个参数进行加权分析,提出使用综合评分系统对涂层耐蚀性进行ρ综合评估,避免单因素评分方法无法综合评分的缺点。 The method of metal surface protection in avionics equipment is corrosion resistant coating.Several parameters of corrosion resistant are weighted analyzed,and comprehensive evaluation methodology is proposed for corrosion resistant estimation,so that single factor estimation can be avoided in a comprehensive corrosion resistant estimation.
