金属板材分切圆盘刀磨损过程仿真建模 被引量:1

摘要 基于金属板材纵剪分切加工圆盘刀磨损实验和ARCHARD磨损模型,应用有限元仿真软件DEFORM-2D建立了圆盘刀刃口磨损模型,圆盘刀刃口磨损仿真轮廓与实际磨损轮廓具有良好的一致性。研究发现圆盘刀刃口各点的磨损率不同,在一个分切周期中,从圆盘刀刃口圆弧的圆柱面边界点到侧面边界点,磨损值先逐渐增大后快速减小,形成从初始圆弧变化为磨损后的椭圆弧的刃口过渡圆弧。仿真计算了圆盘刀稳定磨损阶段的刃口磨损量3D云图,呈现为向圆盘刀侧边倾斜的山丘状,分析了刃口锋利度与圆盘刀刃口磨损分布的关系,刃口越锋利磨损率越高,随着圆盘刀刃口锋利度减小,磨损峰值和不均匀性减小。 Based on the disc cutter blade wear experiments and ARCHARD wear model,a disc cutter blade wear model was built by using finite element simulation software DEFORM-2 D,and the simulated profile of disc cutter blade wear was in good agreement with the experimental profile. It is found that the wear rate of each point of the disc cutter blade is different. In a slitting cycle,from boundary point on cylinder surface to boundary point on side surface of disc cutter blade arcular arc,the wear depth firstly increases gradually and then decreases rapidly,and the blade transition circlar arc changing from initial circular arc to worn elliptical arc is formed. The 3 D cloud image of the disc cutter wear depth during the steady wear stage was calculated. The cloud appears as a hill inclined to the side surface of disc cutter. The relationship between the sharpness of disc cutter blade and wear distribution was analyzed. The sharper the disc cutter blade,the higher the wear rates. As the sharpness of disc blade decreases,wear peak and non-uniformity decrease.
