总体国家安全观视域下维护文化安全的路径

Thinking to Path Selection to Safeguard Cultural Security Under the Overall National Security Concept

文化安全作为国家安全的重要组成部分,在后冷战时代的作用以及影响日益凸显,成为各国着重发展的领域与交锋激烈的阵地。文章以总体国家安全观为指导,分析了新的历史条件下文化安全的三重内涵转变,并在此基础上着重剖析了新时代维护国家文化安全的三条主要路径及其建设要求。

Cultural safety,as one of the most important parts of National Security,has been playing an increasingly significant role since the end of the Cold War,and thus has been given great attention on its development and has become another battle field between differnet countries. This thesis,under the guidence of an overall national securiy concept,analyses the inside transformations of the cutural safety in three dimensions. Based on this,it futher investigates the three main routes to better protect the cultural security on a national level and the relative requirements for achiving that.
