高等法学教育与法治建设密切联系,伴随着改革开放蓬勃发展。梳理改革开放以来高等法学教育的历史脉络,对于把握其今后发展有重要意义。为此,需要用历史与现实、理论联系实际的方法认识改革开放以来法治建设对高等法学教育的影响。改革开放初期邓小平民主法制化的论断为高等法学教育的恢复作出贡献,党的十五大提出依法治国方略促进了高等法学教育快速发展,法学院校大幅增加,人才培养模式、学科建设和课程建设取得重大进步。中国特色社会主义进入新时期,全面依法治国为高等法学教育全面提高教育质量提出了新要求带来了新机遇。

The higher legal education is closely associated with China's rule of law construction and flourishing during the process of the reforming and opening -up.It is important that we grasp the future path of development of higher legal education through sorting out the historical skeleton of law education since the reforming and opening -up.It is necessary that we realize the effect that the process of legal construction has influenced higher legal education by historical means and the method of integrating theory with practice.In the early stage of reform and opening up,Deng xiaoping's thesis about democracy and legality had an important effect on higher legal education.The strategy of governing the country by law raised by C.P.C in the 15th National Party congress motivated the rapid develop- ment of law education.The number of law school had increased dramatically.It is obvious that the progress of personnel training mode, discipline and course construction.Now,when Socialism with Chinese characteristics entered new era.It provides much more realistic requests and chances for the progress of law education's quality under the strategy of law -based governance.
