摘要
旋流器作为环形燃烧室主要部件影响燃烧室的燃烧质量,直流孔旋流器对燃烧效率等有益。在直流孔旋流器研究基础上,用SOLIDWORKS画出模型;用数值分析软件ANSYS对燃烧室是否添加中心孔,不同孔数目、孔位置和孔径下的燃烧进行仿真;用FLUENT对仿真计算及后处理。整理分析、对比结果,结果表明:无中心孔时,同时增加孔数和增大孔径能一定程度促进工质混合,改善燃烧情况,仅增加孔数效果不佳;有中心孔时,增加孔数促进燃烧,改变孔位置处理不恰当会对燃烧造成扰动,增加孔数并同时改变孔位置,配合不当会不利燃烧;添加中心孔应与孔位置等因素相互配合使用。
As the main components of the combuster,swirler affects the combustion quality of the combuster.Hydrocyclone improvement is to discuss the number of cyclone series.There are literatures on the addition of slots but there isn't anything about the effect about the number,the position and the aperture of slots.Using solidworks to build three-dimensional simulation model;the numerical simulation software ANSYS was used to simulate the combustion of the same part of the combuster when adding the slot with the different number,position and aperture;last,using fluent to simulate the calculation and post-processing.The following conclusions are obtained.When there is no central slot.While the appropriate increase in the number of slots and increase the aperture,uniform mixing of refrigerant,improve combustion;Only increasing the number of slots is disadvantageous for combustion;When adding the central slot.increasing the number of slot can improve the working fluid mixing effect which is beneficial to combustion;Changing the position of the slot will cause disturbance to the combustion if it is improperly handled;When increasing the number of slot and at the same time to change the slot position,with the improper will be detrimental to combustion; Whether adding the central slot should be used in conjunction with other parameters of slots.The conclusions will provide reference for swirler design.
