摘要 装配是指将零件结合成为完整的产品的生产过程,是产品开发活动中最具影响力的一个环节。装配质量的好坏,直接反映在产品的性能、质量上。对于柔性钣金件来说,微小的偏差都会严重影响产品的最终形状。为了解决钣金产品实物装配时产生的诸多问题,提高可装配性,同时能够指导设计,本文提出了拟实装配分析。对构建的数模做了装配和公差分析,并将分析结果与理想数模的做比对,验证了拟实装配系统的可靠性。 Assembly is the production process that combines parts into a complete product and is the most influential part of product development activities.The quality of the assembly is directly reflected in the performance and quality of the product.For flexible sheet metal parts,small deviations can seriously affect the final shape of the product.In order to solve the problems caused by the physical assembly of sheet metal products,improve the assemblability,and at the same time guide the design,this paper proposes a practical assembly analysis.The assembly and tolerance analysis of the constructed digital model are done,and the analysis results are compared with the ideal digital model to verify the reliability of the pseudo -assembly system.
