摘要
本文介绍了一种基于相关系数法的机械加工刀具断刀在线监测系统。介绍了系统的基本硬件组成和基于相关系数法的断刀检测算法。以走心机加工中的铣刀为例,研究了不同视场大小对断刀判断准确性的影响,并据此提出了最优的判断准则。
This article introduces an on -line monitoring system for the judgment of the cutting tools based on correlation coefficient method.It shows the basic hardware composition of the system and the cutting tools'detection algorithm based on the correlation coefficient method.It takes the milling cutter in CNC as an example,and discusses the influence of different field of view on the accuracy of the cutting tool's judgment,in which way the optimal judgment rule can be proposed.
