摘要
本文介绍了爆速测量仪测量爆速的工作原理,并对其校准的难点进行了分析。根据爆速测量仪的工作原理,设计并制作了校准适配器。用函数/任意波形发生器输出的2路脉冲电压信号脉冲宽度之差作为标准的时间间隔信号,模拟炸药爆炸燃烧已知长度时所产生的时间间隔信号,去控制校准适配器的2个PNP型晶体三极管的饱和导通和截止,先后触发爆速测量仪的开始端开始计时和停止端停止计时。用爆速测量仪测得的时间间隔与标准的时间间隔之差是否满足技术要求,从而实现对爆速测量仪时间间隔测量的校准。研究和实践表明,本校准装置简单可靠,方便实用,满足量传要求。
This article introduces the operational principle for the detonation velometer test instrument to measure detonation velometer,and analyses the difficulty of its calibration.A calibration adapter is designed on the basis of the operational principle of the detonation velometer test instrument.Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator engenders a standard time interval by the difference of the pulse width of the two channels pulse voltage signal,in order to simulate a time interval for the explosive to detonate and burn a known length.This time interval signal controls the electric saturation conduction and close of the two pnp transistor of the adapter to trigger start extremity and stop extremity.Whether or not the difference between this time interval and a standard time interval corresponds to technical conditions,thus realizing a calibration of fhe time interval of the detonation velometer test instrument.It shows that this calibration device is reliable and practical by research and practice,and the requirement of dissemination of quantity is fulfilled with it.
