摘要
计量工作,人的因素起着决定性作用。为提高人员质量,保障计量工作的准确、高效运行,本文以素质模型为导向,对计量人员从招聘到培养、培训等过程提出了一些建议。
Metrology work,human factors play a decisive role.In order to improve the quality of personnel and ensure the accurate and efficient operation of metrology work,this thesis puts forward some suggestions for the metrology personnel from recruitment to training and developing based on quality model.
