脓毒症作为危及生命的急危重症之一,其致死主要原因是产生一系列严重并发症如休克、全身多器官功能衰竭等。脓毒症影响着全世界数百万人,其发病率不断上升,每年全球新增数百万脓毒症患者,死亡率达到25%-30%,而脓毒性休克死亡率则高达50%,持续给医疗保健系统带来负担。快速而有效的治疗以预防和减缓疾病的进展及并发症的发生是降低脓毒症死亡率的关键措施。近年来,随着医疗水平的不断提高,医学界对于脓毒症的治疗能力也不断在完善,一系列实验证明,亚低温治疗能降低脓毒症的整体发病率,成为极具前景与潜力的方法。

Sepsis is one of the critical diseases in critical illness,and the main cause of death is to progress into a series of serious complications such as shock,multiple organ failure and so on.Sepsis affects millions of people around the world,and its incidence is rising,new millions of patients with sepsis in the global,and its mortality rate is 25%~30%,compared with 50% in septic shock mortality,continue to bring burden to health care system.Rapid and effective treatment to prevent and slow the progression of disease and the occurrence of complications is a key measure to reduce the mortality of sepsis.In recent years,with the constant improvement of the level of medical,medicine for the treatment of sepsis ability also constantly improve,a series of experiments show that the hypotherrnia treatment can reduce the overall incidence of sepsis,and is becoming a very promising and potential method.
