摘要
目的观察全员评估联合预警标示+防护指引双效彩板在老年患者误吸防范中的应用效果。方法选择全员评估联合预警标示+防护指引双效彩板应用前后(2016年7至12月和2017年1至6月)收住于该院的老年住院病例各110例作为研究对象,分为对照组与实验组,对照组老年病例接受常规误吸防治护理,实验组在此基础上加用全员评估联合预警标示+防护指引双效彩板干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果实验组误吸发生率显著低于对照组护理人员、护理对象满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用全员评估联合预警标示+防护指引双效彩板对老年住院患者行误吸防范管理,可显著降低老年住院病例误吸发生率,是一种同时受到护理人员及护理对象认可的误吸防范护理模式。
Objective To observe and evaluate the application effect of all-staff assessment of joint early warning signs and protection guidelines double-effect color plate intervention in the prevention of aspiration in elderly patients. Methods A total of 110 elderly inpatients admitted to the hospital before and after the application of the dual-effect color plate (July to December 2016 and January to June 2017) were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The elderly patients in the control group received routine aspiration prevention and treatment nursing. On this basis, the experimental group added all-staff assessment of joint early warning signs and protection guidelines double-effect color plate intervention. The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results The incidence of aspiration in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction scores of nursing staff and nursing objects were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions The incidence rate of aspiration in elderly inpatients can be significantly reduced by using the all-staff assessment of joint early warning signs and protection guidelines double-effect color plate intervention in elderly inpatients. It is a kind of preventive nursing mode of aspiration recognized by both nursing staffs and nursing objects.
