儿童期亲子分离对大学生述情障碍领悟支持和交流恐惧的影响 被引量:4

Effects of parent-child separation on alexithymia,perceived social support and communication apprehension

摘要 目的探讨亲子分离经历对个体成年后述情障碍、领悟社会支持和交流恐惧的影响,为促进亲子分离经历者心理健康发展提供参考。方法整群选取上饶师范学院936名大学生,采用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和交流恐惧自陈量表(PRCA-24)进行测量。结果外向思维述情障碍双亲分离组得分(21.56±3.62)高于单亲分离(19.86±3.24)、混合分离(20.65±3.71)及无分离(20.62±3.13);领悟社会支持中混合分离(59.27±11.43)、双亲分离(59.51±10.99)和无分离组得分(60.00±11.08)高于单亲分离组(53.96±10.55)(P值均<0.05)。交流恐惧亲子分离组得分(70.92±9.50)高于无分离组(69.38±9.44)(P<0.05)。结论儿童期亲子分离经历会对个体成年后述情障碍、领悟社会支持和交流恐惧造成负面影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of parent-child separation experience on alexithymia,perceivedsocial support and communication apprehension in undergraduates.Methods A total of 936 undergraduates were investigated by using Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Personal Report of Communication Apprehension(PRCA-24).Results Extroverted-thinking score of two-parents-separation group(21.56±3.62)was higher than that of single-parent-separation group(19.86±3.24),mixed-separation group(20.65±3.71)and no-parent-separation group(20.62±3.13)(P<0.05),and PSSS score of mixed-separation-group(59.27±11.43),two-parents-separation group(59.51±10.99)and no-parent-separation group(60±11.08)was higher than that of single-parent-separation group(53.96±10.55)(P<0.05).The undergraduates' PRCA-24 score of parent-separation group(70.92±9.50)was higher than that of no-parent-separation group(69.38±9.44)(P<0.05).Conclusion Parent-child separation experience showed adverse influence on alexithymia,perceived social support and communication apprehension in subsequent adulthood life.
