摘要 本文简要介绍了蚕丝中丝胶和丝素蛋白的结构与生物学功能,分别阐述丝胶蛋白和丝素蛋白在美容养颜方面的天然优势及可利用性。再从抗衰老类化妆品的功效机理阐明,介绍了防晒、保湿、促进微循环、抗氧化、抗糖基化和促进胶原蛋白合成这几个方面的抗衰老机理,经比较说明了蚕丝蛋白能够有效增强细胞活力,延缓皮肤衰老。同时推测了蚕丝蛋白在这些方面的优势和可研发性。最后,深入讨论了蚕丝蛋白在抗衰老化妆品应用方面的开发潜能和进一步研究方向。 The structure and biological functions of sericin and fibroin proteins from silk are briefly introduced in this paper.The natural advantages and availability of these proteins in skin beautifying are elucidated respectively.Merchanism of anti-aging cosmetics such as sun-light protection,moisturizing,promoting microcirculation,anti-oxidation,anti-glycosylation,and promoting collagen synthesis are also discussed.The comparison result shows that silk proteins can effectively enhance cell vitality and delay skin aging.Advantage and development of silk proteins in these areas are also speculated.Finally,the development potential of silk proteins as anti-aging agents in cosmetics and the direction for further research were discussed in detail.
